Short, complete verses for your child to copy are printed out for you from the New American Standard version of the Bible. If you prefer, you can substitute the Bible of your choice. As your child learns to write legibly, they will also be hiding God's Word in their heart. Daily lesson plans and practice sheets are included, making your job as a homeschool teacher easier. At the end of the week, your child chooses a border sheet with an age-appropriate picture, such as clouds, balls, cakes, hearts, and musical instruments, to name just a few. Border sheets give your young child a fancy way to display their handwriting.

Tips for teaching a left-handed child are included within the instructions, as are tips for things to watch for in your child's handwriting, such as spacing, slanting, and formation.
