Returns and Cancellations

Return Policy

  • All returns require a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, please contact customer service at 800-622-3070. An unauthorized return of an order is automatically rejected.
  • LIFEPAC and Horizons curriculum must be returned with no marks, tears, eraser marks, bent or crumpled edges, or missing pages.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For 100% refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date with all items in resalable condition. No partial returns of box sets.
  • No exchanges.
  • Monarch yearly payments can be returned within 30 days of invoice for a full refund. No refunds of Monarch yearly payments after 30 days. Different terms and conditions apply to monthly payments.
  • Monarch monthly payments are non-refundable.
  • Please allow 4-6 weeks (6-8 weeks during peak times) for your return to be processed.
  • Return credits are refunded in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
  • Pear Deck Tutor purchases are non-refundable. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store are offered as a subscription. Some subscriptions may start with a free trial option. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these subscriptions.

  • If you begin with a free trial, it will last for 30 days. During this time, you will have full access to all features and functionalities of our digital service.
  • At the end of the free trial period, your free trial will automatically transition to a paid subscription plan based on the frequency chosen during sign-up (monthly or yearly). If you do not wish to continue with the paid subscription, you must cancel your subscription before the end of your free trial period to avoid being charged.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial period or during your paid subscription. To cancel, you must unsubscribe in the Manage Subscription section of your parent account.

Payment Methods

  • Full payment must be received with all orders. Orders can be paid by check, money order, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express).
  • A minimum $20.00 service fee is charged for all returned checks.
