Monarch Full Access Subscribers

Enjoy unlimited access to all Monarch courses at no extra cost.

Assign Courses: 

• Use Filter to narrow down courses by grade, subject, etc.
• Click View Details on a course, then Select Student and assign it.
• Once your Monarch Full Access student is selected, the pricing will be hidden and you can assign courses for free.
• If your student does not have Monarch Full Access, you will select the subscription for that single course and add to cart for checkout.

Reschedule Courses: Go to Parent Access > Calendar.

• Click Reschedule All Courses.
• Select Pre-existing School Year for each course and Save Changes.
• If needed, create a new school year under School Setup.
